Air Conditioning Engineer
We're looking for an experienced, F-Gas certified Air Conditioning Engineer to join our field team. You'll work on a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems — from installation and commissioning through to planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning and handover of split, multi-split and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair of commercial HVAC equipment
- Fault diagnosis and rectification across a range of system types and manufacturers
- Safe handling and recovery of refrigerants in line with F-Gas regulations
- Completion of job documentation, service reports and compliance records
- Liaising professionally with clients on site
What we're looking for
- City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas) certification — Category 1 preferred
- Proven experience with commercial air conditioning systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu or similar)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills and a professional approach on site

Service Coordinator
We're looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our office team. You'll be the central point of contact between our clients and field engineers, helping to keep jobs moving efficiently and ensuring our customers receive a consistently excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating engineer visits for planned maintenance and reactive call-outs
- Handling inbound enquiries from clients by phone and email
- Raising job sheets, purchase orders and service reports using our job management system
- Liaising with engineers to track job progress and report updates back to clients
- Supporting the preparation of quotes and contract renewals
- General office administration to keep the team running smoothly
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling or customer-facing admin role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A calm, professional manner — especially when handling urgent or demanding situations
- Experience within the HVAC, facilities management or construction sector is a bonus but not essential
